which language should i preferred to learn first? to make an interest in coding, so that i understand this world easily.
you can go with python and c for beginning.
python is one of the older version of coding, but newly inventing like neural networking and machine language is totally based on PYTHON. and much more,
so choose C or PYTHON is up to you,but as like learning only one alphabet of letters is not enough to speak English, as it is only one programming language is not enough to call yourself a computer programmer or smart coder.
so it doesn’t matter which one you choose to step on. you have to walk on all stares to come to next floor.
2. How fast can a capacitor charge and discharge and what does it depend on?
Its depends on the flow of charges that comes and become part of capacitor, Because more current will be there more charge will flow. So, to keep capacitor charge frequently, Capacitor’s input resistance should less, so that capacitor charge faster, and to make capacitor discharge slowly we need to make sure that the External resistance of capacitor should higher and the value of resistance depends on your expected time to secure capacitor charges or response.
Which is more dangerous, 10V AC or 10V DC?
Practically I understood that Dangerous is voltage because its responsible to create current, and yes obvious its current that kills, frequency(in case of ac).

Why do electrical and electronic devices that run on inverters produce a humming sound?
you must be talking about the inverters that used to convert the voltage and current level.
IF THIS DEVICE IS IN YOUR question. then,
we all know well that the heart of inverter is transformer and all the principle of converting voltage level is based on secondary,primary winding with core material. there are many variety of reasons on which the causes the noise in inverter.
one of that reason if primarily from transformer.
Transformer noise is caused by a phenomenon which causes a piece of magnetic sheet steel to extend itself when magnetized. When the magnetization is taken away, it goes back to its original condition. This phenomenon is scientifically referred to as magnetostriction. A transformer is magnetically excited by an alternating voltage and current so that it becomes extended and contracted twice during a full cycle of magnetization.
in alternate way you can say the flux cause heat (eddy current) that expand and compress the metal due to that we use metal sheet and insulation layer in between each sheets, as compare to full metal block piece to reduce eddy effects.
then question raises in mind that. The degree of flux determines the amount of magnetostriction and hence, the noise level then,
- Why not reduce the noise in the core by reducing the amount of flux?
Transformer voltages are fixed by system requirements. The ratio of these voltages to the number of turns in the winding determines the amount of magnetization. This ratio of voltage to turns is determined mainly for economical soundness. Therefore the amount of flux at the normal voltage is fixed. This also fixes the level of noise and vibration. Also, increasing (or decreasing) magnetization does not affect the magnetostriction equivalently. In technical terms the relationship is not linear.
here non-linearity means the amount of change in flux will not reduce magnetostriction equivalently.

Does programming in Jetson, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino differ a lot?
little bit different because each belongs to different platform but works similar the difference is only. the way of presentation of each individual, i learn arduino and avr programming when i learned both i understand that both are 70% same the difference that come to me is that,
arduino hide most of features and shows only what users needs most to make programming simple, and easy. All your works based on writting codes.
and in starting you will get a blank codes and some generalized universal starting of codes. common to all the circuitry and on other hand “code vision AVR ” you have an option to pin in and out, and for each microcontroller you have different dialogue box for changing clock speed and all other bunch of work, and with codes you can write how your circuit behaves.
all are same so you can start with anything you want.
when you learn any of them perfectly you can command on there very easily and withing a week of learning.
other than way of presentation of each one . all working is same as 99%
How do I find books that are purely based on the information of different types of integrated circuit chips?
Its very easy to find any information about IC’s on internet, but how to learn about IC’s without knowing the type of IC’s available.(or without knowing IC’s name)
try my way of learning.
i use simulation software like PROTEUS,EAGLE, or CODE VISION AVR software in there library you will get ton of IC’s all you need to do is to select 2–3 IC’s per day and search there datasheet on internet.
and make proper notes on each and become master of IC’s. Hope it’s a proper information that you want from my side.

On one hand we say that combinational circuits are memoryless circuits, and on the other hand we say ROM is made up of combinational circuits. Why?
I don’t know exactly ,,, but logically I’m giving you my opinion, as because each logical gates have there owned time delay(response of any logical gates, value is different)so, we can use it as an advantage by calling this delay as,’time of store data”(for short period)
when we appropriately implement those logical gates by understanding there time delay(response), we can implement it as READ ONLY MEMORY,

as we are well known by comparing my above quotes, then we consider an example of a charge storing capacitor. let’s call it memory storing capacitor it also delays in response as charging-discharging property when it going to charge it gives “0″
and when it discharges it gives “1”. it also stores data but for short time even without no flow of current, but not permanently
whenever we give it some supply it starts storing values only when some current pass through it and loss their data when we remove the power supply. Because of it, we can say combinational circuit can’t stores memory .insted of it if it stores data even cutoff power then we can say it able to stores data.. which is not possible in combination circuit.
and I think you know that because of that reason we use the magnetic disk to stores data even without supply of power. Because magnetic disk stores value by shifting their poles, see reference video
